Forest Vista Lodge is located in Sherwood Forest Resort, one of Pigeon Forge’s premier gated mountain communities. This beautiful community combines peaceful mountain surroundings with convenient access to everything the area has to offer. Guests also have access to the resort’s seasonal outdoor community swimming pool, giving families another great way to cool off and enjoy their time in the Smokies. It’s the perfect home base for families and groups who want to experience the mountains together. Entertainment is endless at Forest Vista Lodge. Head upstairs to the loft and let the friendly competition begin with a pool table and an incredible lineup of arcade games. Downstairs, the second recreation area keeps the fun going with shuffleboard, soccer foosball, hockey foosball, and a custom-painted bear mural illuminated by black light. Then take the competition outside, where the lower deck features a soccer kicking game and two lanes of outdoor bowling. Whether the kids are battling for the arcade high score, the adults are starting a pool tournament, or the entire family is competing for bowling bragging rights, there’s plenty here to keep everyone entertained. KITCHEN - The kitchen is designed to make cooking for the whole family easy and enjoyable. Featuring a large kitchen island, plenty of counter space, and ample room to prepare a family meal, you’ll have a comfortable place for everything from big breakfasts before heading into Pigeon Forge to homemade dinners and late-night snacks. The open-concept design connects the kitchen to the dining and living spaces, so no one has to miss out on the fun while preparing meals. A large dining table provides seating for 10, with two additional seats at the kitchen island, giving the group plenty of room to gather for meals, games, and time together. OUTDOOR AREAS AND DECKS- The outdoor spaces at Forest Vista Lodge are made for enjoying the peaceful Smoky Mountain surroundings together. Step onto the covered decks and settle into an Adirondack chair or rocking chair with your morning coffee, enjoy the fresh mountain air surrounded by the trees, or spend some time playing together on the lower deck. The outdoor entertainment includes a soccer kicking game and two lanes of bowling, giving kids and adults another fun place for a little friendly competition. When you’re ready to relax, sink into the private hot tub and unwind after a day of hiking, exploring Pigeon Forge, or chasing the kids around Dollywood. Guests also have access to Sherwood Forest Resort’s seasonal outdoor community pool, perfect for cooling off on warm Smoky Mountain days. Whether you’re starting the morning slowly or ending the evening together, there are plenty of ways to get outside and enjoy your mountain getaway. RECREATION AREA - The recreation areas at Forest Vista Lodge are your destination for fun, laughter, and unforgettable family competition. Head to the top-floor loft for a game of pool or see who can claim the high score on the arcade games, including Golden Tee, Pac-Man, NBA Jam, Atari, and Dig Dug. Downstairs, another game room features shuffleboard, soccer foosball, hockey foosball, and a custom-painted bear mural illuminated with black light. The fun continues outside with a soccer kicking game and two lanes of outdoor bowling. From kids challenging the adults in the arcade to family pool tournaments and late-night games after a day exploring the Smokies, there’s something here for guests of all ages. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, bed, and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip. • Less than 9 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and access to all the area has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, shopping & Smoky Mountain National Park. • Less than 3 Miles to Pigeon Forge & less then 5 miles from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country! • Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests, including multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.
Other Details to Note
We continue to take extra precautions to ensure extra cleanliness and prioritize guest safety: • All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban™, including counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout the cabin. • Lysol™ is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect • Bleach-based cleaners are used in all bathrooms and kitchens, which allow the use of chlorine products. • Linens (bedding, towels, etc.) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff is ready to put them out for guests. • Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added, and refilled after every guest • The cabin is inspected regularly after cleaning, and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol. • Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home. • 2 Pets allowed with a fee. • Please note that pet fees are automatically charged through Airbnb when pets are listed in the guest count.

Whether you're spending your days exploring the mountains or relaxing at the cabin, Sherwood Forest provides a quiet, scenic setting with all the conveniences of being close to town. Mountain Travel Notice: Sherwood Forest is a mountain community, and weather conditions can change quickly during the winter months. Four-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, and/or tire chains are recommended during wintry weather. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and be prepared to enjoy cozy cabin time indoors until road conditions are safe for travel if winter weather occurs. The Sherwood Forest Resort maintenance team works diligently to keep the community accessible and will begin treating the roads with salt or brine as soon as they are safely able to access the resort. While every effort is made to maintain the roads, mountain weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend checking the forecast and planning accordingly before your trip. This version maintains a luxury, concierge-style tone while setting clear expectations for guests traveling during the winter.
