MINI-GOLF AND EXCELLENT RECREATION AREAS One of the best things about the cabin is its amenities and location! You never need to leave the cabin to enjoy your vacation with a huge, unique recreation room, semi-private, 5-hole mini-golf course, two large shared outdoor play areas, two private decks, a stunning backyard for your mountain getaway with firepit, large hot tub, string lights, outdoor games and more! Indoor there is a big buck hunter arcade game, classic pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, custom log wood poker/game table, large HD TVs, multi-cade arcade game, and board games all included in your stay! This cabin is located in the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts district and a very short 3.4 mile drive from the main Gatlinburg parkway. Mini-Golf Course, play house and Playset: • Adjacent to the cabin is a 5-hole, professional grade, mini-golf course! • A 30-foot, wooden train play set, hopscotch, and tire crawl is next to this mini-golf course and the cabin, perfect for a family play area. • Right up the hill from the golf course is a whimsical little play house for kids • The golf course, playset and play house are the only shared amenity. The golf course/playset/play house are shared only with you and two other cabins we manage next door! ALL OTHER CABIN AMENITIES BELOW ARE PRIVATE AND FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE WHILE YOU STAY. Both spaces are connected to the kitchen and dining room they have two gas fireplaces making them cozy. The dining area is anchored with custom log wood table with seating for eight and four bar stools at the kitchen bar. We have three plush leather couches and two rockers which really set both spaces apart as a place to watch TV, relax and enjoy the mountains! This space is warm, cozy and ready for you to relax and enjoy the mountains or binge watch from the 60" HD Flat Screen TV. BEDROOMS The cabin sleeps up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and a queen mattress pull out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is appointed with beautiful Smoky Mountain themed quilts, hand crafted log frame beds and cozy comforters. Two of the bedrooms are suites with full bathrooms attached to the bedroom. Cleanliness is our top priority: • All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban™ including: counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout cabin. • Lysol™ is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect • Bleach-based cleaners used in all bathrooms and kitchens, that allow use of chlorine products. • Linens (bedding, towels, etc) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff are ready to put them out for guests. • Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added and refilled after every guest • Cabin inspected regularly after cleaning and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol. • Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home.

We are located in the perfect location for your Smoky Mountain stay! Positioned in Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community, which is a quiet mountain community providing easy access to many special craft and local shops along with fantastic restaurants and yet only 3 miles to the Gatlinburg downtown and less than 8 to Pigeon Forge! Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this. When you've had enough relaxation, look forward to endless entertainment in the surrounding area; you'll be in the perfect spot to explore through winding hiking trails and world-class ski slopes in the Great Smoky Mountains. Other local attractions can be found in downtown Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, including delectable restaurants, intriguing shops, the always-entertaining alpine slides, and even a moonshine distillery! During your time here, make sure to visit the Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park & Ski Area, which offers terrific skiing in the colder months, a ski mountain coaster, an aerial tramway, and many other thrilling attractions! The cabin is located on a mountain road. We strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the Winter since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm related weather situations there can be delays in cleaning and check in pending road conditions which can be outside of our control.

Many of our guest drive to Tennessee, but some also choose to fly into the Knoxville airport, McGhee Tyson Airport 43 miles away. We highly recommend that our guests have a vehicle for transportation. There's just so much to see and do in Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas!
