This Cabin just completed an extensive floor-to-ceiling renovation complete with all new furniture and appliances! Each bedroom is appointed with beautiful cabin themed quilts, hand crafted log frame beds and cozy comforters. First floor (sleeps 6 people): • Bedroom with 2 bed bunks (4 total twin beds) • Bedroom with 1 king bed • Full bathroom with shower and tub Main floor (2nd story – sleeps 6 people): • Bedroom with King bed and 32” HD TV and full cable service & Netflix • Two pull-out sofa beds (Queen) in the Living Room • Full bathroom with a shower and tub Third floor (sleeps 2 people): • Master Suite with King bed and 40” HD TV and full cable service & Netflix • Newly remodeled Bathroom with full shower & jetted Jacuzzi tub KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM – The main floor of this cabin is perfectly built for entertaining! The well-appointed kitchen, filled with new appliances (January 2021) and all the major utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses and cookware needed for you to create & serve gourmet meals opens to the dining room and living room. There is a large peninsula with four bar stools that separates the kitchen and dining room. The dining table is a custom, log-wood, table built for 8 people and sits along side the bar seating for 4, allowing 12 people to comfortably dine and still watch the living room 50” HD TV or enjoy a fire in the fireplace. The living room is ready for you to relax and enjoy on the three, plush leather couches (2 that are queen sofa beds). Fireplace season is October through March. BALCONY / DECKS - 3 Balconies, wooden rocking chair seating on each floor, dining table, hot tub, gas BBQ connected to main gas line and stunning views of the mountains ADDITIONAL AMENITIES – • Access to a community pool area, complete with a full sized pool, a small children’s splash pool, lawn chairs and lounge area. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, a toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, and bed linens They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive but not to last the entire trip. • Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this.

We are in unprecedented times. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to create stress and uncertainty for guests across the country. We are taking extra precautions to ensure guest safety: • All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban™ including: counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout cabin. • Lysol™ is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect • Bleach-based cleaners used in all bathrooms and kitchens, that allow use of chlorine products. • Linens (bedding, towels, etc) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff are ready to put them out for guests. • Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added and refilled after every guest • Cabin inspected regularly after cleaning and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol. • Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home. We are located in the perfect location just 0.8 miles away from the heart of the Pigeon Forge Parkway. This gives great access to all Pigeon Forge attractions and still easy access to Gatlinburg and the Smoky mountains only 7 miles away. We are located in a small yet beautifully maintained community complete with a community pool. Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this. When you've had enough relaxation, look forward to endless entertainment in the surrounding area; you'll be in the perfect spot to explore through winding hiking trails and world-class ski slopes in the Great Smoky Mountains. Other local attractions can be found in downtown Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, including delectable restaurants, intriguing shops, the always-entertaining alpine slides, and even a moonshine distillery! During your time here, make sure to visit the Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park & Ski Area, which offers terrific skiing in the colder months, a ski mountain coaster, an aerial tramway, and many other thrilling attractions! The cabin is located in a wonderful community that has well maintained roads. Despite that, we strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the winter, since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm related weather situations there can be delays in cleaning and check in pending road conditions which can be outside of our control.

Many of our guests drive to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, but some also choose to fly into the Knoxville airport, McGhee Tyson Airport 35 miles away. We highly recommend that our guests have a vehicle for transportation. There's just so much to see and do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas!
