Each bedroom is appointed with beautiful cabin themed quilts, hand crafted log frame beds and cozy comforters. Lower floor (Sleeps 6 people): • Bedroom suite with 2 bed bunks (4 total beds-2 twin & 2 full) attached full bathroom • Master bedroom suite with a King bed, HDTV and attached full bathroom Main floor (Sleeps 4 people): • Master bedroom suite with a King bed, full bathroom and 32” HD TV • Pull-out sofa bed (Queen) in the Living Room Top floor (sleeps 2 people): • Bedroom suite with Queen bed and full bathroom KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM – The main floor of this cabin is perfectly built for entertaining! The well-appointed kitchen and all the major utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses and cookware needed for you to create & serve gourmet meals opens to the dining room and living room. The rustic wood dining table is built for 8 people and sits alongside the living room and outdoor dining space. This allows 12 people to comfortably dine and enjoy the living room 50” HD TV or a fire in the electric fireplace. The living room is ready for you to relax and enjoy on the two, plush leather couches (1 that is a queen sofa bed) BALCONY / DECKS - 3 Balconies, wooden rocking chair seating on each floor, dining table, hot tub, and stunning view of the mountains off the side of the top deck and recreation room. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES – • Access to Gatlinburg Falls Community pools, rated #1 Family Resort in the Smokies by Southern Living Magazine. They have two full-sized pools, a small children’s splash pool, a hot tub, a waterfall, lawn chairs, and a lounge area. These facilities are included with your stay, with seasonal swimming pools available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. • Access to the community gym • High-speed Wi-Fi • Pet friendly with a fee • Charcoal Grill – we do not provide charcoal briquettes • Convenient location, less than 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and access to all the area has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, shopping & Smoky Mountain National Park. • Only 6.5 miles to Pigeon Forge & 10 miles away from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country! • Convenient location to all downtown Gatlinburg has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, hiking trails, and attractions, with plenty of shopping options. • Heat, A/C, and laundry room with washer & dryer available • We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, a toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, and bed linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip. • Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes u,p and have found it is rare to come across anything like this.
Other Details to Note
We are in unprecedented times. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to create stress and uncertainty for guests across the country. We are taking extra precautions to ensure guest safety: • All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban™ including: counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout cabin. • Lysol™ is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect • Bleach-based cleaners used in all bathrooms and kitchens, that allow use of chlorine products. • Linens (bedding, towels, etc) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff are ready to put them out for guests. • Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added and refilled after every guest • Cabin inspected regularly after cleaning and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol. • Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home.

When you've had enough relaxation, look forward to endless entertainment in the surrounding area; you'll be in the perfect spot to explore through winding hiking trails and world-class ski slopes in the Great Smoky Mountains. Other local attractions can be found in downtown Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, including delectable restaurants, intriguing shops, the always-entertaining alpine slides, and even a moonshine distillery! During your time here, make sure to visit the Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park & Ski Area, which offers terrific skiing in the colder months, a ski mountain coaster, an aerial tramway, and many other thrilling attractions! The cabin is located in a beautiful community with wonderfully maintained roads. That said, we strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the winter, since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm related weather situations there can be delays in cleaning and check in pending road conditions which can be outside of our control.

You have access to the entire cabin and all that the Gatlinburg Falls Community has to offer! Good parking in front of the cabin for 3-4 cars and street parking nearby as well.

Many of our guest drive to Gatlinburg Tennessee, but some also choose to fly into the Knoxville airport, McGhee Tyson Airport 44 miles away. We highly recommend that our guests have a vehicle for transportation. There's just so much to see and do in Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas!
