This property is located in the picturesque community of Wears Valley, known for its stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains and tranquil atmosphere. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants to explore, and the best part is that it's only one mile away from the National Park's "secret entrance," providing easy access to the park without the crowds. You will also find that the cabin is located just far enough from the main Parkway, but still close enough that you won't have to drive too far to reach the cities of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Nestled in a peaceful valley surrounded by breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains, our stunning 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin is easily accessible with no mountain inclines, making for a safe and comfortable drive. We are just 1 mile away from the country’s most-visited National Park and a short 15-20 minute drive to all the major attractions Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Our cabin beautifully designed cabin has plenty of activities to keep the family entertained! You can enjoy a friendly game of pool, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, watch TV located in every room, or relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring all the smokies have to offer. We want you to make endless memories here! We are so excited for the opportunity to host you at the cabin. LIVING ROOM –The living room is beautifully decorated with two comfortable couches, a large television, and a gas fireplace - perfect for a cozy family movie night! SPACIOUS OUTDOOR AREA: The expansive backyard is an ideal spot for having unlimited fun with your loved ones! We provide a wide range of activities to keep everyone entertained. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the Smokies or enjoy a cozy firepit while making memories with your family, or play a friendly game of soccer or just run around with the kids. Our spacious backyard is the perfect place to bring your family together. RECREATION AREA- You never need to leave the cabin to enjoy your vacation with all our amenities. The cabin has everything from a full-size classic pool table, arcade machine, dart board & board games, and more! You will never be board in this game room! BEDROOMS The cabin sleeps up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom features comfortable bedding, giving you an amazing sleep. Main Level: (sleeps 2 people) Queen bedroom with a Smart TV Full bathroom with shower and tub combo, Bidet Game room with Pool table, arcade game, dart board & board games, and more! Full sized Washer/Dryer Second Floor (sleeps 10 people): Custom built-in bunk beds w/ 2 full beds and 2 twin beds and Smart tv King bedroom with a Smart TV Full bathroom with shower and tub combo King bedroom with a Smart TV KITCHEN – Well-appointed with all the major utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses, and cookware needed for you to create & serve gourmet meals. Electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, etc. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES – • High-speed Wi-Fi internet access • Convenient access to Gatlinburg town, only 25 minutes away! • Full-size washer and dryer • Heating & A/C • Gas grill • TVs are Roku enabled but guests must use their own streaming app log ins • EV Level 2 charger to use during your stay in the carport! • We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, a toilet paper roll, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, and bed linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive but not to last the entire trip • Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this.

Other Details to Note

We continue to take extra precautions to ensure extra cleanliness and prioritize guest safety: • All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban™ including counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout the cabin. • Lysol™ is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect • Bleach-based cleaners used in all bathrooms and kitchens, that allow the use of chlorine products. • Linens (bedding, towels, etc.) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff is ready to put them out for guests. • Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added and refilled after every guest • The cabin is inspected regularly after cleaning and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol. • Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home.

Flat access which is great in the fall/winter time. Covered carport parking for 2 cars with an additional 3 uncovered spaces available. Many of our guests drive to Tennessee, but some also choose to fly into the Knoxville airport, McGhee Tyson Airport 29 miles away. We highly recommend that our guests have a vehicle for transportation. There's just so much to see and do in Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas!
