LIVING ROOM –This cabin boasts three spacious living areas, ensuring plenty of room for everyone to unwind and enjoy their stay. The main floor features a beautifully decorated living room with a cozy couch, two chairs, and a large TV—perfect for a family movie night. The lower level offers a second living space with a comfortable twin pullout trundle and a large TV. Additionally, the outdoor lower level features a large sectional couch and TV, making it an ideal spot for cool evenings and entertainment. SPACIOUS OUTDOOR AREA: The outdoor area of this cabin is the perfect location for relaxation and entertainment, amazing for families and friends. Enjoy the spacious patio and balcony, equipped with a charcoal grill for delicious BBQs. The area features a Smart TV, making it easy to catch your favorite shows or games while enjoying the fresh mountain air. This private outdoor space is the ideal spot to create lasting memories with your loved ones. BEDROOMS The cabin sleeps up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom features comfortable bedding, giving you an amazing sleep and the feeling of being at home! Main Level: (sleeps 2 people) Queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower and desk with monitor. Hall Full bathroom with large walk-in shower Lower level (sleeps 7 people): Bunk bedroom with 4 twin-size beds Queen Bedroom Shared hall full bathroom with large walk-in shower Twin pullout trundle in the living area Stacked Washer and Dryer KITCHEN – Well-appointed with all the major utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses, and cookware needed for you to create & serve gourmet meals. gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES – • High-speed Wi-Fi internet access • Stacked washer and dryer • Heating & A/C • Charcoal Grill – we do not provide charcoal briquettes • Our cozy fireplace adds aesthetic charm, though it is non-functional • Please be aware that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended if you are staying at this cabin, especially during the winter. The roads are windy and steep. • Convenient location, less than 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, and access to all the area has to offer which includes its great restaurants, shopping & Smoky Mountain National Park. • Only 9.3 miles to Pigeon Forge & 11.3 miles away from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country! • Convenient location to all downtown Gatlinburg has to offer which includes its great restaurants, hiking trails, and attractions with plenty of shopping options. • We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, a toilet paper roll, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, and bed linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive but not to last the entire trip • In inclement weather, especially when it is icy or snowy, it can cause delay in check in time and difficulty accessing the main driveway given it is gravel on a grade. There is an additional parking location that is flatter but requires a short walk to the cabin. • Like most of the roads in the Smoky Mountains, the road to this cabin is windy, steep and narrow at places. It is well maintained but those new to the Smokies take your time on the drive in and in inclement weather can have delay or challenges accessing the cabin, this is outside of our control and we are unable to provide refunds due to weather. • Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this.
Other Details to Note
We continue to take extra precautions to ensure extra cleanliness and prioritize guest safety: • All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban™ including counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout the cabin. • Lysol™ is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect • Bleach-based cleaners used in all bathrooms and kitchens, that allow the use of chlorine products. • Linens (bedding, towels, etc.) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff is ready to put them out for guests. • Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added and refilled after every guest • The cabin is inspected regularly after cleaning and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol. • Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home.

• Please be aware that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended if you are staying at this cabin during the winter or inclement weather. As with most of the Smoky Mountains the roads, these are windy, narrow and steep at places. We are unable to provide a refund for any access issues based on inclement weather as that is outside of our control. • There is an additional parking location about 100 feet from the cabin that is a bit flatter than the driveway which is on a slope.
