The Hideout is a uniquely curated treetop experience, designed to delight at every turn. The main building features the glow-in-the-dark mini golf haven, living room, gourmet kitchen, outdoor kitchen, and an epic game room, all flowing together for both luxury and adventure. Spiral up to the fourth floor and discover breathtaking forest views, a giant tree stump entrance hiding a four-story glass spiral slide, a barrel sauna, and our mirror cabin with floor-to-ceiling panoramic forest vistas. Adventure and luxury are woven seamlessly into every detail. The property features five individually curated detached units, each with a private bedroom and ensuite bath, inspired by nature-luxury design. These units offer privacy, comfort, and a touch of magic, ideal for families or groups. Step outside to your resort-style backyard, designed to delight all ages, featuring a 20' swim spa (hot tub plus small pool), a massive sunken fire pit for evenings under the stars, barrel yard games including Plinko, ring toss, axe throwing, and skeeball, and a two-lane outdoor bowling alley. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to a one of a kind commercial grade glow-in-the-dark three-hole mini golf course. The main-level wraparound deck offers sweeping forest views, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and pizza oven, and a dining table for 12. The perfect backdrop for meals with family or friends. From sunrise to starlight, every outdoor moment invites connection, laughter, and relaxation. Entertainment is thoughtfully woven into every level of The Hideout. The upper-level game room is like nothing you’ve ever experienced, featuring commercial-grade arcade games including 4 player Halo, the world's largest Pac-Man, and a four-person sit-down Nitro racing arcade, plus a poker table, pool table, and multicade barrel arcade with 150+ classic games. The fun continues downstairs with glow-in-the-dark mini golf and a kids treehouse adventure den. The kitchen serves as the heart of the home, fully equipped with a 48 inch, 8 burner stainless steel range and all cookware needed for everything from leisurely breakfasts to gourmet group dinners. A ten-person waterfall island and a six-seat bar table offer flexible seating, while a glass floor allows guests to watch the fun unfold as people finish the 4 story slide into the mini golf room below. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the treetops and offer a perfect view of the four-story slide. The Hideout’s five individually curated units blend luxury, comfort, and forest inspiration. Each unit is connected to the main house through rope suspension bridges and elevated walkways that all provide guests with a bedroom and ensuite private bathroom. Stargazer on the fourth floor features a king suite, desk, and TV. The Hollow on the second floor offers a king suite with two trundle cots for children, a desk, and a private deck. The Cave on the second floor, includes a king suite, desk, and TV, accessed via a suspension rope bridge. The Grove on the second floor has a king bed plus four twin beds and a private deck. The Canopy on the third floor offers a king bed, two trundle cots for children, a desk, and a private deck with floating net. The Hideout is more than a vacation home. It’s a fully immersive, self-contained forest retreat. From treetop slides to glow-in-the-dark mini golf, rope bridges, mirrored cabins, and endless games. Everything you need is right here! They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, a bed, and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip. • Less than 4 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and access to all the area has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, shopping & the Smoky Mountain National Park. • Less than 3 Miles to Pigeon Forge & 7 miles away from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country! • Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this. PLEASE NOTE: This unique retreat requires the navigation of stairs to each & every space, a part of the treetop adventure. To reach the main level it involves 20 steps from the parking area. Our additional units are accessed via suspension rope bridges & additional sets of stairs/spiral stairs, so guests should plan accordingly for luggage and groceries. The external walkways and rope bridges could get slippery in inclement weather. The rope bridges move while navigating them so please always use caution while staying.
