While this is a new listing for properties we manage on behalf of friends and family, rest assured your experience will be nothing short of spectacular. The main level welcomes you with a bright, open-concept layout where the living room, kitchen, and dining area come together seamlessly. Cozy up by the electric fireplace with plush seating, or gather in the fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and generous counter space for everything from quick breakfasts to full family meals. Step outside to the expansive deck, where Adirondack chairs and ample seating provide the perfect place to take in the mountain views. This level also includes a king bedroom with a TV and access to a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the top floor is designed for rest and quiet moments. A small workspace and sitting area on the landing offer a peaceful spot to work or unwind. This level features three king bedrooms, each with a TV and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. One bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk set, while another offers two sleeper chairs for added flexibility. Two of these bedrooms also offer direct access to the upper-level deck, where you’ll find ample seating and breathtaking “bird’s-eye” views of the valley below. It’s an unforgettable backdrop from sunrise to sunset. The lower level is all about entertainment and relaxation. The game room is packed with amenities including a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, and classic arcade games like Pac-Man, pinball, and a 60+ game multicade. A large TV and high-top seating area make it easy to relax between games. Just beyond, the private theater room features immersive LED lighting and comfortable reclining chairs for the ultimate movie night experience. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, bed, and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip. • Convenient location, less than 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and access to all the area has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, shopping & Smoky Mountain National Park. • Less than 9 Miles to Pigeon Forge & from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country! • Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.
Other Details to Note
We continue to take extra precautions to ensure extra cleanliness and prioritize guest safety: • All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban™ including counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout the cabin. • Lysol™ is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect • Bleach-based cleaners used in all bathrooms and kitchens, that allow the use of chlorine products. • Linens (bedding, towels, etc.) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff is ready to put them out for guests. • Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added and refilled after every guest • The cabin is inspected regularly after cleaning and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol. • Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home.

Neighborhood
The cabin is located in a beautiful community with wonderfully maintained roads. That said, we strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the winter, since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm-related weather situations, there can be delays in cleaning and check-in pending road conditions, which can be outside of our control.
Guest Access
You have access to the entire cabin and all that the Gatlinburg Falls Community has to offer! Our guests will have the full cabin to themselves! We will send an electronic door code approximately 5 days before check-in.

Many of our guest drive to Gatlinburg Tennessee, but some also choose to fly into the Knoxville airport, McGhee Tyson Airport 44 miles away. We highly recommend that our guests have a vehicle for transportation. There's just so much to see and do in Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas!
