KITCHEN - The spacious kitchen at White Pine makes preparing meals and gathering together effortless. Featuring modern appliances, a large kitchen island, and plenty of room to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner, the kitchen is designed with larger groups in mind. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, allowing everyone to stay connected whether you're cooking, relaxing by the fireplace, or planning the day's Smoky Mountain adventures. The large dining table offers seating for 10, with an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island and 3 more at the high-top table behind the couch, providing plenty of room for meals, games, and time together. SPACIOUS OUTDOOR DECKS- Step outside and enjoy White Pine's spacious outdoor living areas, with multiple levels offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings. The main-level deck features a comfortable sectional couch and rocking chairs, making it a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, catch up with family, or simply slow down and take in the fresh mountain air. Head to the lower deck for even more fun and relaxation, where you'll find a private hot tub, two hanging swings, and outdoor bowling complete with a custom mural. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub after a day of exploring, enjoying a little friendly competition, or simply spending an evening outside together, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the cabin. MULTIPLE RECREATION AREAS - White Pine is packed with entertainment for guests of all ages. The lower-level game room creates the perfect place for family and friends to gather for a little friendly competition, with a pool table, shuffleboard, skee-ball, and an impressive collection of arcade games including Mortal Kombat, Pac-Man, Fast & Furious, Golden Tee, and Midway Defender. When you're ready to wind down, the lower-level TV area can transform into your own private theater space! Simply close the drapes to separate the TV room from the rest of the game room, creating a cozy, private setting for movie nights with the whole family. Settle into the large sectional, dim the lights, and enjoy your favorite movie or show after a fun-filled day in the Smokies. The fun continues outdoors with one of White Pine's most unique amenities, a large tube slide that takes you from the lower deck down to the firepit area! At the bottom, gather around the wood-burning firepit in the Adirondack chairs, roast marshmallows, tell stories, and enjoy evenings together beneath the Smoky Mountain sky. We recommend guests arrive in an SUV or truck for easier access to the property. Please plan your transportation accordingly, particularly when traveling during inclement weather. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, and bed linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip. • Convenient location, 9 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and access to all the area has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, shopping & Smoky Mountain National Park. • Less than 5 Miles to Pigeon Forge & 7 miles away from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country! • Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests, including multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and we have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.
Other Details to Note
We continue to take extra precautions to ensure extra cleanliness and prioritize guest safety: • All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban™ including counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout the cabin. • Lysol™ is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect • Bleach-based cleaners used in all bathrooms and kitchens, that allow the use of chlorine products. • Linens (bedding, towels, etc.) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff is ready to put them out for guests. • Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added and refilled after every guest • The cabin is inspected regularly after cleaning and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol. • Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home. • 2 Pets allowed with a fee. Fee is $200 • Please note that pet fees are automatically charged through Airbnb when pets are listed in the guest count.

Many of our guests drive to Tennessee, but some also choose to fly into the Knoxville airport, 35 miles away at McGhee Tyson Airport. We highly recommend that our guests have a vehicle for transportation. There's just so much to see and do in Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas!
